- Location: Newcastle (with some travel to other venues)
- Salary: Competitive
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week (5 days over 7)
- Starting Date: April 2026
We’re recruiting a creative, commercially driven General Manager to help unlock the full potential of a new, multi-faceted venue in Newcastle. Our offer includes Food, Drink, Gaming, Music and Tech!
The successful candidate will already hold a Personal License and will ensure venue compliance, as well as inspiring, training and developing our game-changing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure venue compliance
- Day-to-day management of the venue, ensuring standards, profitability, and team engagement remain strong
- Lead the development of new concepts and revenue streams across the venue
- Lead and develop our game-changing team, while providing industry leading training in line with our colleague career plan
- Develop our colleague benefits programme to support team engagement
- Grow footfall and spend while enhancing the guest experience
- Oversee daily operations of the venue maintaining strong standards
- Manage teams, rotas, margins, and overall performance
About You:
- Hold a Personal Licence
- Experienced hospitality manager with multi-use or development-led experience
- Commercially creative with a hands-on, ownership mindset
- Strong people leader with sound operational knowledge
- Ambitious and motivated by building and evolving a venue
